Alpaca products refund

If this should happen, we will be happy to exchange or refund a product that does not fully satisfy you, provided that it has not been used / worn or damaged (label still on the product and balls of wool not unrolled ). The shipping costs for a return are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

Visit cancellation

• In case of bad weather, the visit will be postponed to the following Sunday from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Participants will be notified by email.
• No visit can be booked less than 48 hours in advance.
• Visits canceled more than 2 weeks in advance will be refunded in full, those canceled between 2 weeks and 48 hours in advance will be reimbursed at 50% and visits canceled less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.
